Start With the Right Route

Orders or Missing Credits

Send the account email, order number, payment provider, purchase time, and receipt screenshot. Do not send a full card number or payment password. These details let support compare the payment event with the visible credit ledger.

Failed or Stuck Generations

Send the task ID, selected model, mode, submission time, screenshot, and a short description of what the page shows. If an upload was involved, include its file type and approximate size, but do not email confidential source files unless support specifically requests a safe transfer method.

Account Access

For sign-in, verification, or profile issues, provide the account email, sign-in method, browser, and the exact error. Never email a password, recovery code, OAuth token, API key, or authentication cookie.

Release Information and Corrections

If an official Black Forest Labs announcement, API document, repository, license, weight file, or model card has changed, send the primary-source URL and explain what should be corrected. A search result, mirror, or social repost is not sufficient proof of official FLUX 3 availability.

Partnerships

For media, affiliates, workflow integrations, or API discussions, introduce the organization, proposed collaboration, audience, and expected next step. Use the same support address with a clear subject line.
